CONTAINER GARDENS

We don't all enjoy the privilege of residing in a rural area with wide open spaces (but I can dream). Land is at a premium where I live and as one who loves gardening, I've had to improvise. Container gardens of any kind are a way to pack a lot of punch into a small space. Whether it be hanging baskets .....

hanging from brackets out front of the house .....

flowers planted in whimsical containers hanging from the fence .....

simple window boxes .....

or colourful containers .....

these small gardens go a long way to enhance and beautify your space. I've learned to adapt to the limitations of my environment.

Welcome to my petite Eden!

Wishing you all a fabulous weekend!

Cheers - Lisa

  1. Beautiful garden Lisa! It sure does make a huge difference adding planters and baskets! Looks like a nice place to sit and relax!

  2. Well, I'll return the jealousy here, and drool over your little garden oasis. Great job. Mine has suffered quite a bit this year with the high heat/humidity, but I'm glad to see yours is thriving. Beautiful!I especially love those mossy stepping stones.

  3. Thanks for stopping by Lisa and welcome to blogland. I've enjoyed reading your blog and have become a follower as well. I too enjoy meeting fellow Canadian bloggers. P.S I love your gardens, I don't have much of a green thumb but I do want to learn more about gardening.
