OHMYGOODNESS! Welcome. I've just been advised that I need "patience" where starting a blog is concerned. Please bear with me as I learn to navigate my way through BlogLand. I am endlessly inspired by all the beautiful decorating blogs out there. I live in an urban environment and hope you will join me as I try to turn my suburban home into a peaceful 'retreat', one project at a time while on a budget.

Lisa, It looks like blogging is pretty new to you also...Your blog is beautiful...I love the layout! I have a question. Did you design your own template? I've been searching for ways to improve mine...any advice would be most welcome! Regards, Sheilla
