I'm glad you decided to try sewing again. I love being able to sew things for my home. I know they're not perfect, but they're mine, and I enjoy the creative control you have when making your own items. Keep at it and add just a little more difficulty with each project and you will amaze yourself with what you're able to create! And most of all enjoy yourself...that's what it's really all about! ~Regards, SheillaSheilla @ HauteStyle-Style Filehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00096633288074618030noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5059042332834384231.post-4570149081898980312010-08-18T17:30:47.315-04:002010-08-18T17:30:47.315-04:00Good for you for giving sewing a second try! Silly me, one of the first things I ever sewed myself... was my WEDDING DRESS. Talk about taking on a little more than I could chew! Years later, I still like to sew but now I mostly make things for the house (curtains, pillows, etc) not so much in the clothing department.<br />ChrisChris at Red Gate Farmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12339700094067226000noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5059042332834384231.post-53786769310177134382010-08-14T00:07:47.590-04:002010-08-14T00:07:47.590-04:00Lisa I think your pillow turned out great and I li...Lisa I think your pillow turned out great and I like the fabric that you chose...so summery with the hummingbird on it. You may have just inspired me!Carolinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07428050796438112747noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5059042332834384231.post-84641156921400372472010-08-13T10:44:54.550-04:002010-08-13T10:44:54.550-04:00Hi Lisa, So glad you're learning to sew.
